These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SIMALLO’s services. By accessing or using our services through Telegram or our platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. 1. Scope and Acceptance These Terms apply to all services provided by SIMALLO, operated by SwiftReload Inc, a company registered in Canada. By using SIMALLO’s services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Any variation to these Terms is valid only if explicitly agreed upon in writing by SwiftReload Inc. 2. Description of Services SIMALLO provides prepaid eSIMs for use on eSIM-compatible mobile devices. These eSIMs enable users to access mobile data networks across supported countries and regions, without the need for a physical SIM card. We do not offer monthly subscriptions — all purchases are prepaid eSIM plans. Network speed, coverage, and data limits are determined by the telecom partners and plan selected. 3. Access and Authentication To access SIMALLO services, users must authenticate using their Telegram account. We use only the Telegram User ID and (optionally) your email address for service and communication purposes. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account. SIMALLO is not responsible for service loss or misuse resulting from Telegram access issues. 4. Device Compatibility It is your responsibility to ensure that your device: Is unlocked (not carrier-restricted) Is eSIM-compatible Supports the bands and frequencies of the selected eSIM plan We do not offer refunds if a purchased eSIM cannot be installed due to device incompatibility. You may check our list of compatible devices before purchasing. 5. Purchase and Activation Once you purchase a plan: The eSIM is delivered electronically (typically via a QR code or installation instructions) Activation is your responsibility and typically requires scanning the code on your device The data plan begins upon first use or according to the plan terms All instructions for installation and usage are provided in the SIMALLO Telegram bot or via email. 6. Payment Terms All payments are securely processed via TripleA, a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider SIMALLO does not process or store any card or wallet information All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated Taxes and fees may be included in the price or shown at checkout 7. Refund Policy Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy. As a general rule: eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered Refunds may be considered only if the eSIM has not been activated and meets the criteria in our Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for user error, including installation on incompatible or locked devices 8. Acceptable Use By using SIMALLO, you agree not to: Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes Attempt to tamper with or reverse-engineer the platform Resell, share, or misuse eSIMs for commercial distribution without written approval Violation of these terms may result in service suspension without refund. 9. Service Limitations and Disclaimers Availability: eSIM coverage may vary based on local providers, roaming agreements, and network congestion. No Warranty: The services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service or connectivity. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftReload Inc and SIMALLO shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of data, service downtime, or third-party failures Incompatibility or user-related configuration issues Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM plan. 11. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, software, and content on SIMALLO are the property of SwiftReload Inc or its licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission. 12. Changes to Terms SIMALLO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. 13. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario. 14.
