Welcome to SIMALLO, a global platform providing prepaid eSIMs for digital connectivity.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SIMALLO’s website, Telegram interface, and related digital services.

By using or purchasing from SIMALLO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all services provided by SIMALLO, owned and operated by SwiftReload Inc, a company registered in Canada.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Any modification, waiver, or exception must be agreed to in writing by SwiftReload Inc.

2. Description of Services

SIMALLO provides prepaid eSIM data plans that allow users to connect to mobile networks globally using compatible devices.

Some eSIM plans may also include voice calling and SMS functionality, in which case a temporary or dedicated number may be provisioned by the issuing carrier.

All eSIM plans are prepaid, non-contractual, and expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
SIMALLO acts as a digital distributor, not a telecom carrier or service operator.
Network speed, coverage, and service quality depend entirely on the chosen carrier partner.

3. Access and Authentication

You may access SIMALLO using any of the following secure login methods:

Email Login (OTP-based) – a one-time code is sent to your email for login (no password required or stored)
Gmail Login
Facebook Login
Telegram Login

We collect only minimal authentication data — such as your name, email address, or Telegram User ID — to manage your account and deliver services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method.

SIMALLO and SwiftReload Inc are not liable for access issues, unauthorized usage, or disruptions caused by third-party login providers.

4. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device:

Is eSIM-compatible
Is unlocked (not carrier-restricted)
Supports the bands and frequencies required by the selected plan

No refunds will be issued for purchases made on incompatible or locked devices.

before purchase.

5. Purchase, Activation, and Renewal

When purchasing an eSIM plan:

The eSIM profile is delivered electronically via QR code or installation link.
You are responsible for activating the eSIM on your compatible device.
Plan validity begins upon activation or first network use, depending on carrier policy.

For voice/SMS-enabled plans:

A temporary phone number may be assigned automatically during activation.
The number remains valid only for the duration of the plan.
Expired numbers are recycled by the carrier and cannot be reissued or transferred.

Plan Renewal / Extension

Some SIMALLO plans can be renewed or extended by topping up with the same plan amount.

Renewal extends the same plan’s data, voice/SMS allowance, and validity period under identical conditions.

Renewal is manual, not automatic, and availability depends on carrier support.

Each renewal is treated as a new prepaid transaction under these same Terms.

6. Payment Terms

SIMALLO supports multiple secure payment methods:

💳 Credit/Debit Cards and local payment options (via Stripe)
💠 Crypto Payments (via TripleA)

All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways.

SIMALLO does not store or process card or wallet information.

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Taxes or additional fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://simallo.com/refundpolicy

In summary:

eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Refunds may be issued only if the eSIM remains unused, unactivated, and meets the qualifying criteria.
No refunds apply to user error, incompatible devices, or expired/renewed plans.
Voice/SMS plan numbers are non-refundable once provisioned.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use SIMALLO for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or disrupt any system component.
Resell or redistribute eSIMs or numbers without written authorization from SwiftReload Inc.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or service termination without refund.

9. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Coverage: Service depends on partner carrier networks and regional roaming arrangements.
Voice/SMS: Performance and delivery reliability are governed by third-party telecom networks.
No Warranty: Services are provided “as is,” without any warranties.
No Guarantee: SIMALLO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SwiftReload Inc and SIMALLO are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for device issues, carrier disruptions, or plan unavailability.
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected eSIM plan.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on SIMALLO are the property of SwiftReload Inc or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or reuse any material without prior written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

SIMALLO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updates will be published at https://simallo.com/terms

with a new effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
